¨     Generate daily, weekly and monthly report regarding progress of improvement and proliferation of projects.

¨     Effective in machine evaluation

¨     Handle machine 4M change application approval internal and up to customer

¨     Generate machine documentation (Machine Setting Requirement, Standard Operating Procedure, Machine training to operator.

¨     Effective in machine Yield Evaluation.

¨     Effective in machine FMEA (Failure Mode Analysis)

¨     Effective in machine Design Review Based on Failure Mode

¨     Effective in 8D problem solving and techniques, 5why analysis, Root Cause Analysis.

¨     Collaborates with the concern person for the machine set up, concerns of machine and improvements,

¨     Makes concept for machines to be designed by the machine designer.
