Job Description

As IMS Internal Auditor      

1. Conduct Internal Audit on designated section inside the company.
2. Make sure that every section follows EMS / QMS standards.

As Assembly Team Leader      

Major: 

1. Supervise all works within the assembly section.  
2. Make request of raw materials and assembly tools needed by the production.
3. Conduct daily and monthly inventory of raw materials and finished products.
4. Conduct KAIZEN for continuous improvement of the production.
5. Conduct initial interview for Assembly Staff applicant.
6. Supports in providing members necessary training, enhancing skills and techniques in the operation.
7. Evaluate contractual and regular employees of their performances.
8. Check daily attendance and controls rendition of overtime if necessary.
9. Preparing and revising of work instructions for new and old products.
10. Prepares the schedule of Assembly Staff for their daily tasks.
11. Check/assists the assembly staff when problem occurs during production.
12. Forecasting and computing product when it was done for delivery. 
13. Initiates line improvements and problem interventions by doing immediate remedial, corrective and or preventive actions.
14. Performed other tasks that assigned by immediate superior.
15. Reports directly to Manufacturing Manager.

Minor: 

1. Maintain 5’S of the section.
2. Aware of all process in assembly.
3. Assists the production in the absence of the staff.

As Evacuation Chief

The Evacuation Chief is responsible for:

1. Planning the whole evacuation and salvage procedure.
2. Monitor the status of the evacuation and salvage operation.
3. The whole evacuation and salvage operation.

• Basic knowledge on Microsoft Exel, Microsoft Word and Power Point
