• Coordinated the requisition, issuances and the timely delivery of required materials on site.
• Reviewed all the design drawings in detail, specifications, and other project documentation, visited and surveyed project sites to establish a clear understanding of all Mechanical equipment and piping their location as per equipment layout drawing.
• Ensured that engineering design, construction and project completion are done in compliance with the project contract requirements i.e., project schedule, company standards and procedure, methodology, scope of work, HSE, etc.
• Were responsible for the entire arrangement and coordination of welding test inspection (NDE 3rd party agency) and necessary test requirements at fabrication shop or in the site.
• Prepared and submitted project documentation and coordinated with the safety requirements and obtained all necessary permit to work, gate/vehicle passes, etc.
• Identified and generated Project key deliverables; Implemented construction industry best practices, quality and standards.
• Interfaced with other discipline engineers or owner’s Representative on both technical and project coordination activities.
• Prepared preliminary (proposed) WPS in accordance with project specification and witnessed PQR, WPS and WQT conducted by 3rd party NDT inspector.
• Created and maintained reports and documentation to track project development and report progress to clients and management.
