Qualifications:

• Ladies must be 165cm tall or above.
• Men need to be 170cm tall or above

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist guests in a courteous and professional manner.
• Answer customer inquiries and effectively handle customer problems and improve customer satisfaction.
• To provide guests and residents with directions and information regarding the hotel’s facilities, services, hours of operation, and customer
  interests and events.
• Make sure to serve different customers in all areas of the lobby.
• Greet clients with a smile, and a friendly attitude, and by their first name whenever possible.
