Warehouse Manager

We need a capable Warehouse Manager to oversee all aspects of receiving, warehousing and distribution operations.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency with warehouse procedures and policies
• Have experience in Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) or Telecommunication/Mobile Ph
• Excellent problem-solving skills and leadership qualities
• Ability to deliver effective feedback, both written and oral
• License to operate a forklift is a plus
• Ideal candidate should be detailed-oriented, proficient in multitasking, and able to manage multiple facets of warehouse operations effectively.

Job Description: 

• Oversee various daily warehouse activities, such as quality assurance, inventory control, space
  management, logistic, floor productivity, shipping, and customer service.
• Schedule and supervise the warehouse team, ensuring efficient workflow, minimizing overtime, and maximizing productivity.
• Conduct regular meetings with warehouse leads to assess productivity levels and create effective
  strategies for preventing loss.
• Manage logistic for transporting products to customers and company facilities, maintaining effective communication with drivers and air partners to ensure timely and efficient deliveries.
• Ensure accurate inventory, efficient order fulfillment, and meticulous tracking of shipping times for a large volume of annual products order.
