Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required;
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a restaurant;
• Must have knowledge in F&B menu items;
• Must be pro-active in maintaining and/or improving department profitability in accordance with the restaurant policies, procedures and standards.
