VEHICLE TECHINICIAN

Qualifications:

  • With at least 3 years work experience in automotive repairs and maintenance.
  • Must be a graduate of any four year course.
  • Must have a TESDA NCII Certificate or Trade Test Certificate in Automotive Servicing.
  • Should be competent in checking, test driving and the use of testing equipment to diagnose engine and mechanical faults.
  • Should be competent & knowledgeable in the removal, dismantling, repair and replacement of defective parts using appropriate tools.
  • Must be competent in the reassembly, testing, adjustment and tuning of appropriate parts, systems or the entire engine.
  • Must be able to carry out routine maintenance checks on oil and air filters, brakes and other vehicle parts/systems.
  • Must be able to diagnose faults in electrical/electronic circuitry, remove faulty components and fit replacements.
  • Must be competent in checking the condition of electrical/electronic systems and carries out servicing tasks.
  • Must be able to install additional electrical amenities such as radio/CD players, aerials repairs and air conditioning, heating and engine cooling systems servicing.
  • Provide service support to production mechanical machinery

Responsibilities:

  • Performing diagnostic tests using specialized equipment to identify mechanical and electrical issues in vehicles.
  • Conducting routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, tire rotations, and fluid replacements.
  • Repairing or replacing faulty components, including brakes, suspension systems, and exhaust systems.
  • Interpreting technical manuals and electronic diagnostic reports to guide repairs and maintenance procedures.

Salary and Benefits:

  • Salary starts at Php 205,000.00 gross monthly.
  • Forty (40) Work Hours per week.
  • Accommodation will be provided.
  • Three (3) years contract, renewable.
