Tamimi Global Company Limited is hiring a Tool Room Keeper responsible for managing, organizing, and controlling all tools and equipment within the tool room. The role ensures proper inventory management, issuance, and return of tools to workers while maintaining accuracy and orderliness.

TOOL ROOM KEEPER

Qualifications:

• Experience in tool room management, warehouse, or inventory control is an advantage.
• Knowledge of tools, equipment, and basic inventory systems.
• Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
• Ability to handle and track multiple tools and materials efficiently.
• Attention to detail and responsibility in handling company assets.
• Basic communication and coordination skills.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain the tool room, ensuring all tools and equipment are properly organized.
• Issue and receive tools and equipment to and from workers as required.
• Maintain accurate inventory records of all tools and materials.
• Inspect tools for condition and report damaged or missing items.
• Ensure proper storage, labeling, and arrangement of tools and equipment.
• Monitor tool usage and ensure accountability among users.
• Assist in regular inventory checks and audits.
• Maintain cleanliness and order within the tool room at all times.
• Coordinate with supervisors regarding tool requirements and availability.
