TELEPHONE OPERATOR

Qualifications:

• Female
• A high school diploma or equivalent. Prefer candidates with additional training or experience in telecommunications.
• Excellent verbal communication skills are essential. Needs to interact professionally with callers, colleagues, and clients.
• Need to handle multiple calls and tasks simultaneously, so the ability to multitask is important.
• Precision and attention to detail are essential when routing calls and taking messages accurately.
• A professional appearance, demeanor, and attire are typically expected, as switchboard operators represent the company to callers and visitors.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and budgets.
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
• Process payroll and ensure compliance with payroll tax regulations.
• Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts.
• Assist with financial audits and tax filings.
• Provide financial analysis and forecasting to support decision-making.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
• Stay updated on accounting standards, regulations, and best practices
