TECHNICIAN WIRING SUPERVISOR

Qualifications:

• Experience in same role within a switchgear industry, manpower planning, shop floor management, HSE.
• Excellent communication skills, documentation skills, and leadership
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
• Excellent accuracy and attention to detail.
• Self-starter who can operate with little supervision.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and schedule projects and work activities
• Supervise all the assembly & Installation of electrical equipment in switchgear panels, providing guidance and instruction as needed
• Estimate the time and materials needed to complete projects
• Troubleshooting, tracing, diagnosing and rectifying electrical faults in the switchgear panels.
• Acknowledge & follow the company safety and security policies and procedures.
• Informing the production team of preferred occupational health and safety practices
• Implementing relevant emergency response procedures during emergency situations
• Regularly checking the tools and checkpoints to ensure safe and efficient workflow
• Maintain records and documentation relating to the ongoing completion of projects
