TECHNICIAN PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR

Qualifications:

• Experience in production of switchgear industry, manpower planning, shop floor management, HSE.
• Must have an excellent documentation skills, communication skills, and leadership.
• Excellent in English communication
• Proficient in MS Office Suite (word, Excel, Outlook, etc)
• Excellent accuracy and attention to detail
• Self-starter who can operate with little supervision

Responsibilities:

• Manufacturing/ assembly team performance
• Recommending technical equipment and facility improvements as necessary.
• Identifying deficiencies in production area, proposing improvement activities.
• Overseeing implementation of actions to improve production performance.
• Ensuring that production scheduling and production plan meet the volume requirements agreed upon in the demand plan and defined inventory service levels.
• Improve HSE culture on shop-floor
• Informing the production team of preferred occupational health and safety practices
• Regularly checking the machinery and checkpoints to ensure safe and efficient workflow
• Documentation – Accurately completing all necessary documentation for regulatory compliance
