Technician (Mechanical)

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Mechanical Technician or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, tools, and safety protocols.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Relevant technical certification or vocational training is an advantage.

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on mechanical equipment, such as HVAC systems, kitchen appliances, and other lounge machinery.
• Diagnose issues and troubleshoot mechanical malfunctions promptly.
• Conduct inspections to identify potential problems and prevent equipment failure.
• Follow safety standards and procedures while handling mechanical systems.
• Maintain records of maintenance activities and equipment performance.
• Assist with the installation of new machinery and equipment as needed.
• Coordinate with management and report any major repair needs or issues.
