TECHNICAL OFFICER – HVAC

Qualifications:

• Male applicants are preferred
• Minimum of 5 years work experience
• Strong understanding of chillers, AHUs, FCUs, ductwork, and ventilation systems.
• Knowledge of BMS systems is an advantage

Responsibilities:

• Manage the operation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems in residential, commercial, or industrial facilities.
• Conduct routine inspections, diagnose faults, and ensure timely resolution of HVAC issues.
• Monitor HVAC system performance and energy efficiency.
