Qualifications:

• Had worked in high end restaurants, managing big team. have good management skills, can work under pressure and flexible

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for overseeing and coordinating daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service and a positive customer experience while managing staff and maintaining standards of quality and safety.
• Handle tasks like scheduling, training, resolving customer issues, and ensuring compliance with regulations.
• Hiring, training, scheduling, and evaluating staff performance.
• Managing all aspects of restaurant operations, including food preparation, service, and clean-up.
• Ensuring prompt, friendly, and high-quality customer service, resolving complaints, and seeking feedback.
• Maintaining quality and service standards for food and beverage, ensuring proper preparation, presentation, and storage.
• Ensuring compliance with food safety, sanitation, and health regulations.
• Monitoring inventory levels, ordering supplies, and maintaining stock.
• Assisting with budgeting, cost control, and revenue generation.
• Maintaining records of sales, inventory, and other operational data.
