Qualifications

• Experience in an E&I supervisory role, preferably in industrial projects in foreign countries.
• Leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop team members.
• Problem-solving abilities, with a focus on finding solutions to complex issues.
• Communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of relevant industry codes, standards, and regulations.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage projects and deadlines simultaneously.
• Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement in all aspects of work.
• Familiar with electrical and instrumentation drawings and schemes.
• International driving licenses.
• Fluent English language (speaking, reading and writing), Russian language is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead a team of E&I technician and electricians, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure their professional development and success.
• Coordinate with project managers and engineers to plan and execute E&I-related projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to established specifications.
• Collaborate with other departments to support cross-functional initiatives and improve overall plant performance.
• Prepare and maintain accurate records and documentation.
• Monitor and manage the E&I team’s performance, providing regular feedback and performance evaluations to support their growth and development.
• Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and procedures, promoting a culture of safety within the E&I team.
• Continuously stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to ensure that our E&I systems are operating at peak performance.
• Supervisor must be able and wiling to work as foreman or electrician if required in special cases.

• High School Diploma if High School Graduate
• Diploma and TOR if College Graduate
• Employment certificates (previous to present)
• Trainings attended
• Exit visa and Iqama id (Ex Saudi)
• Passport copy (1 year valid)
