Stone Crusher Operator

Qualifications:

• Candidates must have a passport.
• Candidate must know how to communicate in English
• Previous experience operating stone crushers or similar heavy machinery.
• Knowledge of crushing techniques and equipment maintenance.
• Familiarity with material types and specifications in construction or mining.
• Physical stamina and ability to work in demanding conditions, such as heat, dust, and noise.
• Basic knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Ability to operate forklifts, loaders, and other related machinery (with certification as required)

Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor stone crushing equipment to ensure smooth production.
• Monitor equipment to detect malfunctions or any unusual operating conditions.
• Inspect and maintain machinery, performing routine repairs and troubleshooting as needed.
• Load raw materials into crushers and oversee the material flow throughout the crushing process.
• Record production data, equipment performance, and material usage.
• Inspect the crushed material to verify compliance with size and quality standards
