STEEL FABRICATOR

Qualifications:

• Female applicants are preferred
• Minimum of 2 years work experience

Responsibilities:

• Interpret technical drawings and blueprints to understand project specifications.
• Select and prepare raw materials such as steel beams, plates, and tubes for fabrication.
• Use cutting torches, saws, and other tools to cut and shape steel pieces according to specifications.
• Utilize various welding techniques (e.g., MIG, TIG, arc welding) to join steel components together.
• Assemble fabricated parts to create structures or machinery, ensuring accuracy and alignment.
• Inspect finished products for defects, ensuring they meet quality standards and specifications.
• Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team to meet project deadlines and goals.
