STEEL CNC PROGRAMMER (Manufacturing Worker)

Qualifications:

• Male applicants preferred
• Minimum of 2 years work experience
• Know how to use common measuring tools like Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Dial Gauge & other related measuring instruments.
• Know how to interpret drawings.
• Have a wide range knowledge on Raw Materials & Specifications needed for manufacturing process.
• Knowledge in CNC Lathe Machine.
• Knowledge in CNC Programing like, G-Codes & M – Codes
• Knowledge & Experience in Milling Machine.
• Knowledge in Facing, Threading, Boring, Grooving & Parting.
• Have basic knowledge in Manual Folding Machine.
• Know how to use Hydraulic Press Machine.
• Have basic knowledge in making simple Spur Gear.
• Know how to use Drilling Machine, Band saw Machine and Pipe Threading Machine.
• Know how to use Mill Cutter, Fly Cutter & Slut Cutter and Surface Grinding Machine.
• Knowledge & experience in different types of welding process.
• Can do maintenance job of different kind of Industrial Machineries
• Willing to be trained as Sandwich Panel Production Line Operator, if needed.
