Qualifications:

• Male or Female
• At least 18 years old
• High School or College graduate of any course
• With NCII for Caregiving (for non-BS Nursing graduates)
• With work experience as caregiver
• JLPT N4 or JFT-Basic passer
• Completed TITP (II) or (III) under Care Worker Skill Category, or passer of Prometric for Nursing Care Skills (Japanese and English)
• Physically and mentally fit to work
• No tattoo

Requirements:

1. Updated Resume with most recent picture and contact details
2. Scanned copies of the following in .pdf format:
   • Valid Passport
   • Birth Certificate
   • Transcript of Records
   • School Diploma
   • Relevant Work-related Training Certificate/s
   • Relevant Certificate/s of Employment (COE)
