SR. CONTRACT ADMINISTRATOR

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field; certifications like MRICS, CCCM, CPCM, FIDIC are a plus.
• 8–10 years of experience in contract administration, preferably in construction, engineering, or oil & gas sectors.
• Strong knowledge of FIDIC, NEC, and standard contract forms.
• Skilled in contract negotiations, claims management, and dispute resolution
• Proficient in contract management software (e.g., Aconex, SAP, Primavera, Oracle) and advanced Excel for cost tracking.
• Solid understanding of legal terms, contract law, and procurement regulations

Responsibilities:

• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts with clients, vendors, and subcontractors.
• Oversee contract compliance, key milestones, and obligations, ensuring alignment with FIDIC and legal requirements.
• Identify risks, handle variations, claims, and support dispute resolution processes.
• Review payment applications, manage financial risks, and prepare EOT or cost claims.
• Maintain accurate contract records, prepare performance and compliance reports.
• Collaborate with project, finance, procurement, and legal teams; engage stakeholders to resolve issues and support project success.
