SOUS CHEFS

Qualifications:

• With at least 3 years working experience in a busy kitchen, preferably in a 5-Star Hotel.
• With at least 3 years’ experience in a high-volume kitchen operation, working with international teams.
• Must have UKVI IELTS with a score of 5 per category
• Should be a Degree Holder in Hotel & Restaurant Management
• Culinary Diploma Holder from an accredited school or Training Centers.
• EXPERIENCE IN BRITISH CUISINE IS A MUST!
• Food Safety Training Certificate. TESDA NCII or Trade Test Certificates is a MUST!
• Keen on purchasing and examining foodstuffs from suppliers to ensure quality.

Responsibilities:

• Help in the preparation and design of all food and drinks menus
• Produce high quality plates both design and taste wise
• Ensure that the kitchen operates in a timely way that meets our quality standards
• Fill in for the Executive Chef in planning and directing food preparation when necessary
• Manage and train kitchen staff, establish working schedule and assess staff’s performance
