We’re Looking for:

SOUS-CHEF

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Male, minimum of 2 years work experience
• At least a graduate of a four-year undergraduate course.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Ensure that commi 1 and commi2 under your supervision adhered to company standard and country rules and regulations.
• Ensure training and monitoring of kitchen staff are followed to make sure kitchen production sustain the need of every Customers
• Planning and organizing of food preparation , quality of food and ensure food safety are followed strictly
