Qualifications:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Culinary Arts, Hotel & Restaurant Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 to 2 years of professional kitchen experience in an international hotel or resort environment.
• Excellent knowledge of food presentation, portion control, and kitchen hygiene standards.
• Background in multi-cuisine operations preferred.
• Ability to train, motivate, and supervise kitchen staff.
