Site Engineer (Mechanical Engineer)

Qualifications:

  • Experienced in Piping & Mechanical activities in the Oil & Gas.
  • Oil & Gas Construction Projects background is necessary.
  • Experience in using supporting software like MS Office, AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and MS project.

Responsibilities: 

  • Coordination and supervision of installation of the mechanical and plumbing services of projects;
  • Execute and supervise all mechanical work on site.
  • Supervise the mechanical contractors’ work progress and quality to ensure compliance with contract terms, conditions, and time schedule
  • Coordinate with civil and electrical teams to arrange work execution.
  • Review and approve inspection requests on the completion of work.
  • Review, modify and initially approval of As-Built drawings before submitting them to technical office for final approval.
  • Notify the QA/QC Engineer and Client’s representative when work is to be progressed for their joint inspection.
  • Implement safe working practices as per the Company’s Health and Safety procedures.
  • Ensure that correct work processes are implemented to ensure work is completed as per specifications.
