Gas Arabian Services is seeking a Site Coordinator to oversee on-site logistical, administrative, and operational activities, ensuring projects are executed safely and efficiently. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities on a busy project site.

Site Coordinator

Qualifications:

• Male applicants preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of working experience in a similar role.
• Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate in relevant fields.
• Strong organizational, communication, and administrative skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage site operations efficiently.

Responsibilities:

• Manage site documentation, including preparing reports, schedules, and gate passes.
• Organize employee camp logistics and coordinate on-site personnel.
• Track inventory levels and coordinate incoming and outgoing materials.
• Ensure proper documentation and handling of cargo and materials.
• Coordinate with contractors to ensure compliance with project requirements and contractual obligations.
• Support smooth on-site operations by assisting with administrative and operational tasks as needed.
• Ensure adherence to health, safety, and security protocols on-site.
