SHOWROOM MANAGER

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of SALES / MARKETING and RETAILS MANAGEMENT experience is needed
• At least 3 years of staff management experience.
• Ability to motivate others, delegate tasks, and manage outcomes.
• Strong multi-tasking skills and team player mentality.
• Customer focused with up to date maker knowledge.
• Result drive, self-motivated and strategic planning capability.
• Outstanding verbal and communication skills

Responsibilities:

• Studying the features of all products on offer
• Arranging stock in a manner that is both visually appealing and allows ease of movement.
• Ensuring that test models are set up and in outstanding condition
• Training staff in effective sales and communication strategies
• Advising Purchasers on items which ought to be restocked or removed from the catalog
• Resolving strain and conflict between staff to promote a jovial and productive workplace.
