Shift Supervisor

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years work experience
• Can communicate well in english

Responsibilities:

• Understands how maximising profitability is achieved and costs are controlled in order to assist the management with achieving targets.
• Continually keeps abreast with all Company products, services and activities to be able to promote offerings and to be responsive to guest enquiries.
• Can confidently provide solutions to guest queries or complaints, but will escalate issues where appropriate to the duty manager.
