Sheet Metal Worker/Plasterer

Qualifications:

• Candidates must have passports
• Candidate must know how to communicate in English.
• The plasterer should prepare the car up to the painting process.
• Knowledge of decorative plastering and design is preferential.
• Familiarity with construction industry standards and regulations related to sheet metal fabrication and installation.
• Ability to operate machinery and equipment used in sheet metal fabrication
• Knowledge of different plastering techniques and materials.

Responsibilities:

• Cut, shape, and fit new metal panels or parts to replace damaged sections
• Inspect the car’s surface for dents, scratches, and imperfections.
• Assess vehicle panels and parts for damage, rust, or defects.
• Apply primer to the sanded and repaired areas to protect the surface and prepare it for paint adhesion.
• Applying different plasters to exterior and interior surfaces.
• Bend, stretch, or reshape metal panels to match the original contours of the vehicle.
• Fabricate and assemble sheet metal products and components according to specifications, blueprints, and engineering drawings.
