Catrion Catering is seeking an experienced Captain Waiter to lead our service team at Airport Lounges in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth operations, provide excellent customer service, and maintain lounge standards.

SERVICE ASSOCIATE

Qualifications:

• Maximum 35 years
• Prior experience in service, labor, or helper roles is preferred but not mandatory
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting and prolonged standing
• Flexibility to work overtime based on operational needs, with the ability to manage high-pressure environments
• Candidates should be prepared to explain any previous employment gaps or reasons for leaving their prior jobs

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner, ensuring a positive experience at all times.
• Take customer orders, deliver food and beverages promptly, and address any special requests or dietary requirements.
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas, including tables, counters, and floors, ensuring a tidy and welcoming environment.
