Service Advisor (Boom Lift)

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years work experience
• With experience in maintenance and repair on aerial lifting equipment or similar background with strong mechanical/technical skills

Responsibilities:

• Managing and monitoring all service activities for the customers in assigned territory
• Apply knowledge, experience, training, documentation, communication to make the correct technical diagnosis and provide the right answer to the customer
• Evaluate hydraulic, mechanical, and electrical systems using schematics and diagnostic equipment;
• Organize regular visits to customers, provide call in support and technical product information
• Manage and report open machine downtime cases within assigned territory.
• Provide support and solutions to quickly get machines running in the shortest timeframe possible
• Follow up and report performance of training activities.
• Updating training systems, analyzing, and improving training programs and software databases
• Promote SINOBOOM where able and suggest services, trainings, and parts during visits

Requirements:

• Must have a valid passport for more than 3 years
• Employment certificates
• NBI clearance valid for at least 1 year with “no derogatory / no record on file” remarks
• PEOS certificate
