Senior Inspection Specialist

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• 12 years in inspection, including 8 years in service inspection & shutdown.
• API-510, API-570, API-653, CSWIP 3.1 or 3.2, NACE or SSPC.
• NDT Qualification: Level II in Penetrant, Ultrasonic, and Magnetic Particle Testing.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct Inspections for storage tanks, pressure vessels, and pipelines before & after T&I.
• Perform External Inspections on in-service vessels, piping, and tanks.
• Perform Internal Inspections on pressure vessels & storage tanks during T&I.
• Record & Report Findings in inspection reports, log deviations in SAIF/SAP.
• Inspect Fabrication Work including welding, coatings, and sleeve installations.
• Review & Recommend NDT Methods for inspection procedures.
• Monitor & Analyze NDT Results, provide repair/replacement recommendations.
• Participate in RCA & Technical Discussions to identify failure causes.
• Maintain & Update Records for static equipment and piping.
• Verify & Approve Repairs on static equipment and piping.
• Conduct Annual Surveys & Field Inspections as per corporate programs.
• Participate in Risk-Based Inspection (RBI) Studies for asset integrity.
• Develop & Review Mechanical Inspection Procedures and best practices.

Requirements:

• Must have a valid passport for more than 3 years
• Employment certificates
• NBI clearance valid for at least 1 year with “no derogatory / no record on file” remarks
• PEOS certificate
