Senior BIM Modular Plumbing

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, or any related field, 2-4 years’ related experience in roles within similar positions. Autodesk Certified
• Professional (ACP), Certified Construction Manager (CCM), BIM Informed Professional (BIP).
• Regulatory Compliance Knowledge, Computer-Aided Design (CAD and BIM), Mathematical Modeling, Design Interpretation & Engineering detailing, Building Information Modelling (BIM) proficiency and Coordination, Virtual Design & Construction (VDC) Tools.
• Customer Focus, Decision Quality, Cultivates Innovation, Action Oriented, Ensures Accountability, Collaborates, Communicates Effectively, Self Development, Situational Adaptability.
• Knowledgeable in Policies, Systems, Processes & Procedures, BIM Model Creation and Maintenance, Design Coordination, Continuous Improvement, Quality, Health, Safety & Environment (QHSE) Management, and Reporting
