SENIOR BIM MODULAR (ELV)

Qualifications:

• Male Applicants are preferred
• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, or any related field 2-4 year’s related experience in roles within similar positions, Autodesk, Certified Professional ( acp), Certified Construction Manager( CCM). BIM Informed Professional( BIP).
• Regulatory Compliance Knowledge, Computer-Aided Design( CAD and BIM), Mathematical Modeling, Design, Interpretation & Engineering Detailing,
• Building Information Modelling ( BIM) Proficiency and Coordination, Virtual Design & Construction (VDC)Tools.
• Customer Focus, Decision Quality, Cultivates Innovation , Action Oriented, Ensures Accountability, Collaborates, Communicates Effectively, Self Development, Situational Adaptability.
• Knowledgeable in Policies, Systems, Processes & Procedures, BIM Model Creation and Maintenance, Design Coordination, Continuous Improvement, Quality, Health , Safety & Environment( QHSE) Management, and Reporting.
