Senior AVL Technician – Right-Hand Leader

Qualifications:

• Male applicants
• Minimum of 10 years work experience

Responsibilities:

• Act as the senior technical authority for all AVL-related projects
• Represent the company in client meetings, negotiations, and technical briefings.
• Lead teams in planning, execution, and troubleshooting to ensure flawless project delivery.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
• Communicate complex technical information in a clear and professional manner.
• Oversee end-to-end project delivery, from initial planning to final implementation.
• Read and interpret BOQs to create detailed installation plans and manpower schedules
• Utilize in-depth knowledge of AVL systems (lighting, rigging, sound) to design and execute innovative solutions.
• Optimize equipment usage and ensure the highest standards of technical delivery.
• Stay updated on the latest AVL technologies and incorporate them into projects.
• Outstanding communication and client service skills, with the ability to manage high-stakes interactions.
• Strong leadership capabilities and the ability to manage and inspire diverse teams.
