Security & Operations Manager

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 7 years work experience
• Strong knowledge of relevant safety and security standards and regulations

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and provide direction to Security, Safety & Policy Compliance Officers
• Oversee the compliance of all security and safety operations with relevant standards and regulations
• Supervise the development and implementation of OSH policies and procedures
• Develop and implement emergency response plans and procedures
• Ensure the safety and upkeep of company premises and facilities
• Develop and coordinate comprehensive training programs for security and safety officers
• Maintain accurate records of security incidents, safety inspections, risk assessments, and compliance
