SECRETARY

Qualifications:

• Male applicants
• Minimum of 2 years work experience

Responsibilities:

• Implementing instructions and directives issued by the direct manager
• Preparing various reports and correspondence and distributing them according to instructions.
• Supervising the work of the direct manager’s office and providing all the services and needs the office needs in coordination with the relevant departments.
• Coordinating meetings and verifying the completeness and accuracy of the necessary documents.
• Recording, auditing and reviewing correspondence, minutes and reports and following up on their implementation.
• Coordinating with the various departments regarding the reports and documents needed by the direct manager, and following up on the implementation of joint work requirements.
• Providing support for the direct supervisor’s participation requirements in official duties
• Carrying out any other tasks assigned by the direct manager
