Secondary Science/Values Education Teacher

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in a related field.
• Must be a Post Graduate Diploma or Master’s Degree holder.
• Must hold a valid PRC Teaching License.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Secondary Education major in Science or related field.
• Experience teaching Science and/or Values Education at the secondary level is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of the Philippine K–12 curriculum and Science competencies.
• Ability to integrate values education with academic instruction effectively.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and implement lesson plans aligned with the Philippine K–12 curriculum for Science and Values Education.
• Teach scientific concepts, inquiry-based learning, and laboratory or practical activities effectively.
• Facilitate discussions and classroom activities that promote ethical behavior, character formation, and Filipino values.
• Design and administer assessments such as quizzes, projects, laboratory work, performance tasks, and examinations.
• Evaluate and monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Maintain an engaging, inclusive, and disciplined classroom environment.
• Support school programs, co-curricular activities, and academic initiatives as required.
