SALES COORDINATOR

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Management or related field or equivalent work experience
• Knowledge in SAP/relevant ERP system will be added advantage
• Minimum 2 years in a medium to large sized distribution center environment managing a significant segment of the distribution center.
• Worked with ARAMCO Vendors will be given priority
• Interpersonal communicative skills

Job Description:

• Coordinate sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information
• Entering purchase order information into the company database
• Working with staff members from other departments such as marketing, design and financing to optimize sales.
• Handling orders by email, checking the orders in ARAMCO Portal having correct prices, and product code and maintain the database in soft copies & hard copies.
• Inputting orders, ensuring they are processed according to customer requirements, and ensuring all orders are accurate and delivered on time.
• Uploading signed delivery documents (MDD) in ARAMCO portal for goods receiving authentication.
• Handling urgent calls & emails, answering customer queries, and coordinating with sales & operations department.
