• Minimum of 2 years work experience

Job Description:

• Load Planning: Assess the weight, size, and center of gravity of the load to determine the appropriate rigging method and equipment required for safe lifting and moving.
• Rigging Setup: Assemble and attach rigging equipment to the load, ensuring secure and even distribution of weight.
• Safe Lifting: Operate hoisting equipment, such as cranes, winches, or forklifts, to lift, move, and position heavy equipment, machinery, or materials according to job specifications.
• Safety Compliance: Strictly adhere to all safety regulations and guidelines, including wearing personal protective equipment (PPE), and ensuring a safe work environment for oneself and others.
• Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with crane operators, signal persons, and team members to coordinate lifting and movement activities.
• Securing Loads: Properly secure loads with chains, binders, straps, and other securing devices to prevent shifting or falling during transport.
