Qualifications:

• Customer Services TESDA NCII or Trade Test Certificates is a MUST!
• Keen on the delivery of quality Customer Service, serving & assisting customers in with completing their purchases
• Ensures the smooth running and proper maintenance of the sales floor, under the supervision of a Shop Manager.
• Must be able to answer customer questions about products or services and providing recommendations based on customer needs.
• Ensures that shelves are properly stocked and the rotation of merchandise
• Knowledgeable in merchandise promotions, advertisements and product information

Responsibilities:

• Working with cash registers and processing payments
• Cleaning and restocking the store throughout the day, before opening and after closing
• Giving customers advice about sales and promotions
