RECOMBINING SUPERVISOR (MAINTENANCE DEPARTMENT)

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years work experience
• With 6 yrs. on hand experience in Pasteurizing and recombining processes, including knowledge of equipment used, such as heat exchangers, homogenizers and packaging machinery.
• Proven experience in maintenance and repair of Pasteurizer and Recombining equipment’s, including preventive maintenance practices.
• Strong leadership and supervisory abilities to manage a team.
• Familiarity with electrical, mechanical, an pneumatic systems used in Pasteurizer and recombining processes.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare maintenance schedules in line with the organization’s maintenance goals and monitoring PM compliance.
• Frequently inspect facilities to proactively detect potential problems and recommend the necessary repair or maintenance.
• Provide support and advice during staff recruitment and ensure the proper onboarding and training process.
• Generate work orders, enter comprehensive job details, and assign work to qualified team members.
