RECEPTIONIST

Qualifications:

• Hardworking, With pleasing personality, flexible and honest
• At least 5’2 in height, with pleasing personality
• Good communication skills, at least 1 year experience working in Hotel or Hospitality Industry.

Responsibilities:

• Receiving visitors at the front desk by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately.
• Arrange travel and accommodations, and prepare vouchers
• Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via online
• Maintaining the reception area, Calendar management & Schedule appointments
• Addressing and escalating customer complaints.
• Assigning rooms and issuing keys.
• Coordinating with other departments.
