QAQC Manager

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering is required (Professional Engineering License/PRC)
• 10+ years related working experience in large-scale construction/infrastructure projects
• In-depth knowledge of Saudi Arabian construction regulations/codes and Project Management Tools
• We are currently seeking a QA/QC Manager for site supervision in a large complex infrastructure project to ensure that our projects adhere to the strictest quality control and assurance measures.
• Proven experience as a QA/QC Engineer, preferably in construction or engineering projects
• Quality Control Procedures & Plans, Inspection and Testing, Project Document Control, non-conformance, Quality Audits & Trainings, Safety Compliance, turnaround handovers, Risk Mitigation

Job Description:

• As a QA/QC Manager for site supervision, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful execution of our construction projects in Saudi Arabia.
• You will be responsible for upholding the highest standards of quality and safety, and your contributions will directly impact the success and reputation of our company.
• Develop and implement quality control plans that outline the project’s quality objectives, standards, and procedures.
• Oversee and conduct regular inspections and tests of materials, workmanship, and construction processes.
• Evaluate and monitor the performance of subcontractors and suppliers to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Conduct periodic quality audits to assess compliance with the quality control plan and specifications.
• Assess the impact of design changes on the project’s quality and ensure that the changes are documented and approved before implementation.
• Ensure that the construction project complies with all relevant local, state, and federal regulations and codes.
