QA Engineer (Mnfg for Plastic Pipes & Fittings)

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Chemical)
• Minimum of four (4) years in professional experience especially in production planning and monitoring
• Proficient in using MS Office especially Excel
• Fundamental understanding of plastic technology particularly of plastic pipes and fittings

Responsibilities: 

• With experience in plastic technology particularly in Injection and Extrusion processes.
• Preferrable from plastic piping industry.
• With experience in Quality Management System & Quality Assurance.
• Preferrable a Lead Internal Auditor.
• Reviews quality requirements in accordance with technical standards for operations, purchase orders, and material specifications to ensure compliance.
• communicates to external certifying bodies such as NSF, SKZ/DVGW, SASO, TUV, and WRAS for product compliance and process conformity of the company.
• Performs statistical analysis for dissecting the non-conformances.
• Supervises the Internal Quality Audits of the company and act as Deputy Quality Management System Representative
• Performs, coordinates, and determines quality assurance and control of operational process for every department as distinguished.
• Analyzes the process failure, cause and effect, statistical control, risk mitigation, and recommended counter measures and actions pertaining and conforming to the quality management and process
