Public Maintenance Equipment Operator

(Garbage/Dump/Excavation/Street Sweeper/Automatic Dump Trucks)

Qualifications:

• High school or ALS graduate
• Must have a Driver’s License with Restriction code 1,2,3
• Mechanical knowledge of heavy vehicles (an asset)
• At least 3 years of relevant experience
• Experience in operating trucks, such as: excavation trucks, dump truck, street sweeper truck, automatic dump truck
• Applicants currently working from DPWH will be ideal
• Good English communication skills

Responsibilities:

• Operates garbage/dump trucks , snowplows or trucks fitted with plow blades to remove snow from streets, highways, parking lots and similar area.
• Operate street cleaning equipment such as street sweepers or other vehicles equipped with rotating brushes to remove sand, litter and trash.
• Check, lubricate, refuel and clean equipment and report any malfunctions to supervisor.

Requirements:

• Must have a valid passport for more than 3 years
• Employment certificates
• NBI clearance valid for at least 1 year with “no derogatory / no record on file” remarks
• PEOS certificate
