PROPERTY SPECIALIST

Qualifications:

• Associate’s degree and two years’ experience or High School diploma and four years’ experience.
• Related Military experience in Property, Supply and Logistics.
• 2 years’ of experience in Property Management.
• Must be familiar with the appropriate FAR, DFAR’s, AR’s (Army Regulations), and asset management systems.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
• Good analytical, problem-solving, verbal, and written communication skills
