PROPERTY MAINTENANCE ENGINEER

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of working experience
• Certificate in HVAC, Electrical, plumbing, life safety and building control systems preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, mechanical, electrical, architectural engineering or related field
• Experience in property maintenance and mechanical repairs in office, industrial and/or retail buildings

Responsibilities:

• Oversees the property operations and maintenance of all building equipment
• Performance of preventative and unscheduled maintenance
• Successful completion of the day to day maintenance of property in accordance with company standards and procedures
