Project Manager

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 10 years work experience
• NEBOSH, OSHA, or IOSH Certification
• Preferably Authorizing Engineer Qualified and Ideally ISO 9001 Trained

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the efficient Operation of all administrative, project, logistical, and engineering activities.
• Ensure proper training and equipping of all staff for their roles within the NAVFAC contract
• Ensure all operations are conducted in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Supervise staffing levels, HSE matters, and training execution
• Acknowledge and respond promptly to customer inquiries, providing regular updates.
• Maintain accurate documentation, including site accounts, SOPs, staff records, training records and inventory registers.
• Manage Leave rotation and maintain SOPs.
• Ensure accurate and timely submission of all reports and returns.
• Directly manage in country staff within the contract.
• Serve as the main liaison with internal stakeholders (HQ corporate team, in-country senior managers) and external parties (contract holder representative,
• subcontractor senior representatives, security representatives, client).
