PROJECT ENGINEER

Qualifications:

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
• 5-8 years of experience as a project engineer, preferably within the interior fit-out industry
• Proficiency in project management software and tools, such as AutoCAD, Revit, and MS Project
• Strong technical and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse project teams
• Knowledge of industry standards, building codes, and regulations
• Attention to detail and a commitment to quality
• Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Professional certification in project management (e.g., PMP) is a plus

• Valid passport (not less than a year before expiry)
• Valid NBI clearance (not less than 6 months before expiry)
