Production Technician

Qualifications:

• At least (1-2) years of experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing operations
• Able to read, write and communicate in English.
• Knowledge of cGMP
• Computer literacy is an advantage.

Job Description:

• Setting-up, cleaning and disinfection of equipment/room used for tablet production.
• Prepare equipment/room for line clearance.
• Receive/transfer raw material or in-process material/s after verification of identity and status.
• Perform the required preliminary in-process control that may be required before the start of unit operation and makes the required equipment adjustments if necessary.
• Perform unit operation/s for tablet production. This may include dispensing operations, high shear granulation, fluid bed granulation/drying, rotary tablet compression and strip packing.
• Conduct the required in-process control to monitor the unit operation and make necessary equipment adjustments.
• Complete all required manufacturing documents.
• Perform minor preventive maintenance operations.

• Valid Passport
• RESUME with 2×2 picture
• Employment Certificate
